This fantastic family holiday house is close to the shops, casino and beach. We’re located a two minute drive to the Gold Coast Convention Centre and approximately a five minute drive to the beach and shops. Broadbeach has a large family park, shopping mall, a variety of dining choices and markets on the beach for your family to enjoy. The newly renovated three bedroom, two bathroom holiday house has a great outdoor entertaining area with outdoor dining, BBQ, and a fully fenced pool with spa.
Linen package includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towels, bath mat and hand towels.
Not included in the accommodation price is a cleaning, admin and linen hire fee of $283.

| Bond details | A security bond of AU$500.00 is required three days prior to arrival by EFT or credit card payment. An exit inspection will be completed on the day of your departure and based on a full refund of security bond it will be returned within three working days. Adrenalin junkies will get their kicks at Gold Coast Theme Parks Dreamworld, Adventure Parc, Seaworld, Movie World, WhiteWater World and Wet 'n' Wild. Or try Currumbin Wildlife Santuary, David Fleay Wildlife Park and Australian Outback Spectacular for a more subdued day or evening’s entertainment. Within 30 minutes beyond the bustling coastal strip lies the Gold Coast Hinterland where the city gives way to farmland, vineyards, quaint villages, sprawling National Parks and rainforest reserves. Try Tamborine Mountain Rainforest Walk or Tree Tops Walk at O'Reillys, Springbrook National Park walk under the waterfall or swim in the pools. Each year thousands of humpback whales pass the Gold Coast between June and the end of October. Whale watching is one of the most exhilarating and humbling experiences you can ever witness and is a must if you are on the Gold Coast during their season. Several of the whale watching tours depart from the marina precincts around Marina Mirage. If retail therapy is on the agenda for your holiday you can chose from a number of shopping centres such as Pacific Fair, Robina Town Centre, Oasis Centre Broadbeach, Harbour Town Outlet Shopping and Australia Fair along with many more. There are more than 30 courses scattered on the coast from links style, resort and championship courses. Sanctuary Cove, Palm Meadows, Lakelands, Robina Woods, Emerald Lakes and Glades Golf Club to name a few. |
