| Payment details | A 25% deposit is required upon booking. A reservations agent from our office will call to collect payment. If you have not been contacted within 24 hours you are welcome to contact the office on 1300 55 7368 to arrange payment. Your final payment will be deducted 30 days prior to your arrival. You may pay this via direct deposit into our bank account. If you are paying by direct debit please ensure your final payment is made 30 days prior to your arrival. For direct deposits please ensure you reference the payment with the booking name so we can allocate the payment to your booking. Please email your receipt number once you have transferred money into our account. Once your final payment has been made you will receive an email confirming nil balance and details regarding your check in. |
