Just a short ferry ride from the mainland is a well kept secret, quiet and well maintained Couran Cove Island Resort, has access to 22km of pristine surf beach. This apartment is located in the premium position overlooking the marina. Catch your evening meal from the absolute waterfront balcony. This one bedroom apartment is an idyllic honeymoon setting, or quick weekend getaway. With a king bed in the master bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge the apartment can comfortably cater for two adults and two children. An alternative room configuration is two single beds and two sofa beds. Please note this attracts a linen fee
North facing the balcony is always in shade with a magnificent and ever changing marina outlook. The apartment has a galley style kitchen with two burner gas hot plate. Other great features of the apartment include a large, opulent marble bathroom, with dual vanity, full size separate bath and shower. The apartment is fully screened for your comfort.
This is a non-smoking property. There are limited designated smoking areas in the resort.

| Bond details | $200 except during "schoolies" (2012 - 17/11/2012 - 9/12/2012) when $1500 bond will be required. Bond will be refunded within one week of the end of the rental period provided that property is left in a satisfactory condition. |

| Getting there | Is half the fun! Access is either by private vessel, by ferry from the mainland or by water taxi. The ferry departs the Runaway Bay Marina, from the C Arm (located in front of Cafe C) Departure times are Mon-Thurs at 0800hrs and Fri-Sun at 1030hrs Adult return trip $25.00 Child (3-14) return trip $12.50 Infant (0-2) Free Bike return trip $5.00 The ferry departs from Couran Cove Island Resort for Runaway Bay Marina Mon to Thurs at 1700hrs and Fri-Sun at 1130hrs These times are subject to change and subject to availability. Private vessel birthing available. The owner offers to transport guests in a private vessel departing from Jacobs Well, QLD (directions to be provided upon booking FREE off street parking available.) | Things to do | Enjoy a wide variety of sporting activities including gymnasiums, basketball courts, two tennis courts, running track, jump pits, shuffle board, table tennis, giant outdoor chess set, huge kids playground, mini golf, golf driving nets, indoor lawn bowls / bocce arena, half basketball court and beach volley ball area. Other great activities include: Fishing - there are abundant fishing spots, in and around the marina as well as the ocean side of the Island. Crabbing - tie your pots right outside your balcony. Swim in either the lap pool or the amazing undercover kids pool. Walk, through rainforest, native bush and mangroves, national park or take a leisurely bike ride to the pristine surf beach.
