This guesthouse is set on a charming 1.5 acres of land. Get together around large outdoor table with BBQ and relax, and the kids can go and have fun playing in the playground.
The Outdoor areas with large table to entertain and outdoor setting to relax put your feet up and watch the ducks flying past.
Wander up into the back yard for the kids to have some fun at the playground with a cute little cubby house, sandpit, a swing set with slide and very own shop. Little picnic tables for the kids too! They won't want to leave.
The home has ducted air conditioning throughout which will keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter.
You are most welcome to bring your pets along to for a holiday there's plenty of room for them, we have fully enclosed one of the outdoor areas where you can have your dog secure.

Coastal acres is located in the prestige Huntington Downs Estate a rural idyll just eight minutes from the M1 motorway in Maudsland. The house up the street was featured on the tv show 'Grand Designs'.
You are just minutes from the northern Gold Coast major shopping centres (Westfield Helensvale only about 8 minutes away) close distance of both Brisbane and Gold Coast CBDs and equally close to both airports.

The residence has dual living (like a large duplex) with both areas very private and with their own separate entry and parking also with sound proofing walls. Both have their own outdoor areas the other part of the house is rented out separately they do not have access to your outdoor entertainment areas and your area's are completely separate and a vast distance from each other. The only area you share is the laundry. Don't worry your on 1.5 acres plenty of space!

| Bond details | Bond is AU$500.00 for up to 6 guests and AU$750.00 for 6 or more guests. This is payable within 7 days of your stay only by providing credit card details which will be held only not charged or by direct deposit. We will require your bank details for your bond to be refunded, which will be within 7 days after your stay. Bond covers any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, noise complaints. |
