It is privately owned & managed, so as a courtesy to the onsite managers of Capricorn One, we ask that once you have made your booking that you direct all your enquiries to the managers of Apartment 302 & Not to the managers of the Capricorn One resort. Apartment 302 is located on the 3rd level, with a NE aspect & faces the beach so you can watch the waves while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. It has 2 bedrooms, an ensuite with a shower & toilet & a main bathroom that has a full size bath-tub with a shower & a toilet. It also has full internal laundry facilities which include a washing machine & dryer. The full size kitchen is perfect for cooking just about any meal & comes complete with a large fridge, microwave, electric oven & ceramic cook-top. All linen is supplied. Fabulous child friendly resort facilities include a huge heated indoor spa, sauna, half-size tennis court, BBQ areas & an outdoor pool.

| Bond details | The bond requirement is only a signed imprint of your Visa or MasterCard credit card, upon check-in. If you do not have a valid CREDIT card a payment of $400 will be required. Bond payments may be made in cash, deducted from your debit card or by using Nudipay. Nudipay will allow you to pay the bond out of your cheque or savings account. For more info on Nudipay, please contact us after you make your booking. Bonds payments will be held for the duration of the stay & will only be refunded after the unit has been vacated & cleaned. | Payment details | Full payment is required WITHIN 48 HOURS of making the booking on Wotif. This may be paid by Visa/ MasterCard or Nudipay** CLEANING FEES This is included in the cost of the rental provided that the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition. A list of departure instructions, detailing common sense cleaning will be e-mailed out with your confirmation. A minimum fee of $88/hour will be charged if the unit is not left as per the departure instructions. SMOKING No smoking is allowed in the apartment. A deodorising fee of $180 will be charged if smoking does occur. LINEN This is included in the rental fee. Extra linen can be arranged at a cost.
