Saltwater Cottage is located in a quiet residential area close to town and walking distance to Byron's sparkling beaches. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a comfortable king sized bed that can be converted into two singles and an adjoining room with two single beds. There is a powder room and outdoor hot and cold nature shower downstairs. Upstairs has a large open plan living and dining area with a bathroom and queen size sofa bed if required, as well as a quiet undercover deck space with seating area and BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality modern appliances, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
There is off street parking for one car.
