A short two minute walk will see you stepping onto the sand of the beautiful Belongil Beach, and a level 10 minute stroll will see you in the heart of Byron with all its eccentric charm, cafes and shops.
Ron's Beach House has been an iconic house in Byron Bay with a well respected local fisherman Ron Boggis having lived there with his family for 45 years. The house has now been stripped internally and decked out with new retro style furniture and colour schemes, retaining the old school charm. This is a classic renovation and is now fully set up as a stylish holiday house that will tick all the right boxes for you as a quintessential Byron holiday house.
Comprising of two large plasma televisions, DVD player, a retro style CD player with iPod dock and a large stainless steel fridge you will feel at home with all the modern comforts. There is a large back patio overlooking the pool and a huge lawn area making this a perfect relaxing area for families. The yard is fully fenced allowing for the family dog to enjoy your holiday with you (and only a few minutes? walk to the pet friendly Belongil Beach).
There are two queen beds, one double and two singles across the four bedrooms easily accommodating up to eight people. There is also a double lock up garage available for your use. All linen, bath towels and quality bed spreads are supplied.
