This three bedroom double storey villa is a perfect holiday choice. It offers a single lock up garage, private courtyard with an outdoor shower and a huge upstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor table setting, allowing you to capture the most of the beautiful sub tropical Byron climate. There are three bedrooms downstairs with the master queen bedroom coming equipped with a large flat screen TV and DVD, ensuite bathroom and a walk in robe. The other two bedrooms have twin singles. A second bathroom with a bath and laundry is also located downstairs.
The upstairs area is a large open plan living / dining / kitchen - the perfect place to relax in front of a movie after a big day out and about. This area leads out onto your north facing deck which offers a sunlounger, BBQ and a large eight seater outdoor table setting. All rooms offer ceiling fans for your comfort.
