Welcome to the Beachshack......a classic retro beach house just minutes away to the pristine shores of Belongil Beach.
The house is ideally suited for families, on open plan living/dining/kitchen opens onto a north facing deck overlooking a fenced back garden, making it pet friendly for that well behaved dog.
It sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
The house has 3 bedrooms - 2 Queen size bedrooms, 1 with en-suite, and a third with 4 single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with moderb appliances and the open plan living area contains a comfortable longe, large flat screen TV / DVD and ipod dock.
The main bathroom also features a bathtub allowing you to relax in comfort after a big day out.
Outside enjoy the fantastic deck and BBQ giving you the opportunity to dine alfresco and listen to the sound of the ocean.
The house enjoys a fantastic position and is a 5 minute walk to Byron central and just a 2 minute walk to the beach..
There is ample parking and is located in a quiet street.

| Bond details | A Security deposit of AU$1000.00 is payable prior to check in for all fully managed properties, or AU$250.00 per person if it is a Schoolies booking. Only bond arrangements will be made directly with the managing entity of the property. When credit cards details are provided we will pre-authorise the amount on your card close to your check in which is held for a period of 10 working days. We accept Visa, MasterCard or an EFT transfer. |
| Payment details | The managing agent, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, will require a further 50% deposit once your 10% deposit has been paid to Wotif. The remainder is due 30 days prior to check in. A $55 non-refundable booking fee applies to all bookings - inclusive in the tariff. We accept Visa, Mastercard or an EFT Transfer. |
