| Payment details | To secure your reservation we require 50% of the total tariff to be paid. Final payment will be due one month prior to the arrival date (during Peak Periods final payment will be due 2 months prior to your arrival date). Payment of the total tariff will be required at the time of booking for all reservations made within one month of arrival. NOTE: peak periods include 22 Dec - 4 Jan and Easter long weekend. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) and electronic funds transfer (EFT). If paying via EFT we will provide our bank account information upon receiving your booking. Please note that a surcharge will apply for all credit card payments, which is 1% for Visa and Mastercard or 3% for AMEX. We do not provide cot hire, however can help you to arrange this. |

| Getting there | • Take the Byron exit off the Highway. • Follow Ewingsdale Rd all the way into Byron Bay. • At the first roundabout you have the police station on your right and a petrol station on your left, turn left. • Go over the railway tracks and when you come to the second roundabout, turn right onto Jonson St. • Follow Jonson St along, you will pass Westpac on your left and there’s a bus stop on your right: at this point turn left onto Marvel St. • You will see Office Choice on the corner of Fletcher and Marvell St. • Turn left into the driveway behind Office Choice. |

| Things to do | Absolute Marvell is in the heart of the CBD, amazing shops, restaurants and bars are all on your doorstep. Byron’s pristine beaches and warm ocean waters are a five minute walk away. This means that great surf spots, kayaking and all of the water activities are easily accessible. Go dolphin and whale watching and take in the breathtaking scenery. Great diving can be found at Julian Rocks and only two minutes from the apartment is one of Byron’s leading dive center offices. In the town you will find a number of operators offering bicycle tours, gliding and sky diving trips all within Byron Bay. Or take a walk to the famous Byron Bay Lighthouse at Australia’s most eastern point, a 6K round trip. Splendour in the Grass, Blues and Roots are just two of the number of different festivals hosted in Byron each year. |
