Perfect pitch at the Hotel Opera
Pros:Style, location and levels of staff service.
Cons:A coffee shop operating between say 6am and 9pm would be a good addition.
Location:Situated adjacent to the Zurich Opera House as well as the old town of Zurich. Lovely walking options and sight seeing abound.
A lovely hotel situated within easy walking distance of Zurich's old town. The hotel is comprised of period but modern featured rooms and a newer hotel wing where later, more contemporary architecture is reflected. The hotel is not large and typifies many European style smaller, bespoke hotels. There is no 24 coffee shop facilities within this hotel however, the hotel does provide free teas and coffees in a lovely sitting room area adjacent to the main foyer. Dining options for lunch and dinner comprise the use of a high quality restaurant situated in a sister hotel located right across the street from the Hotel Opera. We did not use this facility during our stay as there are numerous other dining options located close to the hotel. Breakfast however is served at the Hotel Opera in a pleasant, small restaurant area adjacent to the main check in foyer. Whilst breakfast is a fairly simple affair it is however beautifully presented.
The Hotel Opera provides comfortable hotel accommodation options and is staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay there and can highly recommend this hotel as a very good 4 star facility.

Lovely. Coffee and tea facilities for you to use whenever you like. Breakfast lovely. There was a cafe/restaurant nearby which we loved ( Tibits). Location close to everything

Great location 2 mins to Lake.
Room decorated beautifully but too small. Breakfast 25 franks so didn't bother. Situated in a quiet area near Opera House. Transport fantastic and easy.
