The beds were saggy. The shower dripped all night. There were no drawers to put you things in. The shower had hair in it.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable. The service was horrible. On the second night of our stay the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. One of the workers burnt something in the kitchen. No apology was given or explanation. I did received a 10$ discount on my room only after I complained. At breakfast the next morning someone was making a waffle at 9:30 which is when the breakfast closes and the worker unplugged the waffle maker in the middle of the process ruining it. No consideration was given to the fact that we were kept up half the night. At check out the desk person said “Well these things happen. “ Again no apology given. The price was good and it was close to my Dad which is why I visit Dallas but I won’t be staying there again.

Right across from the police station (single lady traveling here), clean property inside and out. Their coffee is amazing! Breakfast bar was just enough. Will totally go back.

We got to the room a the TV didn’t work. Called the front desk, the telephone didn’t work. Went to the desk and got the right remote for the TV, but there were no standard channels…no ESPN. Explanation from the front desk person…”Well, I guess you don’t have it.” Overpriced, crap service and attitude.
