Hotel is well placed for all the major sites, room was a little dated but clean. Bed was comfortable if a little firm. Breakfast good quality and plentiful but hotel appears to offer breakfast to non residents which means we had to wait for a table at breakfast. Overall I would say a good choice if you are on a budget. Another good point is it's proximity to the water bus stop .

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel is away from the Venice core tourist spots, yet not too far away. It’s quiet and nice , and has all the amenities i needed. Would recommend to friends & relatives.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly, the room decoration and colours were too much, the safe was broken.there was no soap or shampoo dispenser, in the shower, only small packets of shampoo. Bathroom pipes were rusted. However the lobby was beautiful, breakfast was excellent. The lady at the breakfast room who assisted with the coffee was nice.

Hotel is in a lovely location but is very tired, run-down and uncomfortable. The bed was the worst I have slept in for a long time - it was so uncomfortable, both in terms of the mattress and the pillows. Wall paper hanging off the walls, a damp smell in the room and curtains which don’t shut and don’t block out the light. The lady on the reception desk when we arrived was also very grumpy and unhelpful
