We do apologize for your inconvenience and we wanted to address your concerns.First, every guest while doing the registration at the front desk, our team always explain and confirm about the guestâs booking detail included you, upon check-in our front desk staff has already explained that your booking was for a one-bedroom Premiere Pool Villa with a maximum occupant of 2 persons. However, if you would like to have an additional bed with an additional charge, we will be happy to arrange it as well. But you said it was fine, even though you came with three people, and we allowed you to stay with three people in our room. Regarding your comment about property, Ubud Green has been established since 2011. However, the one-bedroom Premiere Pool Villa where you stayed is one of villa that has been renovated & got very good review from our guests. and we have updated all detailed explanations on our advertisement regarding rooms and images/photos on all online platforms or websites.We do apologize that you found ants in your pool deck and bathroom slide door. After we heard your concerns, our team immediately did the treatment in your room and always carried out pest control every Monday and Thursday. As for your information, all of our team members are well trained directly by our manager. If our team is proven to have made a mistake, as you assume, it will certainly be followed up. That being said, your concern is that one of our team members is being rude and talking behind your back. In addition, it is simply not true. We have checked with the person, and he said that he is asking his partner to prepare another room to resolve your complaint. We do apologize; we cannot get it right all of the time and beyond your expectations. To ensure you left us happy and relaxed, we already gave you a complimentary extra bed during your stay and a free 1-hour massage for you and your husband, which you enjoyed as well. In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
