We were willing to overlook the lack of cleanliness after we checked in. We knew that the hotel was older but cleaning shouldn’t be sacrificed. Lots of mould in shower that hadn’t been cleaned, vacuuming that wasn’t fully complete ( there was debris under bed from previous guests) and light covers were filthy. Sadly the aircon was very noisy which didn’t enable a great nights sleep (which we all desperately needed after travelling). We would not agree that this hotel is anywhere near a 4 star.

Room ok for quick overnight stay. Bathroom dated, worn and rusty. A lot of noise in the carpark and rooms through the night. No smoking in rooms but everyone stands at the front door of units and it comes into the rooms anyway. People sitting on other people’s cars and drinking. Did not feel safe leaving Liam vehicle unattended over night.

Needs some maintenance as handbasin tap come out in hand, Air conditioner needs fixing and not run subsidiary unit. Mattress needs updating as too hard to sleep on. Your high speed wifi was not that efficient. Cater to customer as steps and luggage is not a good mix for the elderly.

It is super close to the city. Has outdated bathroom and a shower from 1960. The bed was comfy. The staff were nice. It’s not worth $400 a night
