Good location, surrounded by so many restaurants and close to two metro stations. Family rooms (which are hard to find in Tokyo) which fit a family of four or probably even five. It is a squeeze though. I thought they could have done a better cleaning service each day but overall it was clean and easy.

Close to many restaurants and activities. Room not suitable for three although advertised as a three person. Had to share a queen bed and third person was on a small fold out couch not long enough for legs to be straight.

Ok if you don't mind cosy and love being central

Much smaller than expected, very noisy outside, Floor had sticky spot (wasn't cleaned properly), have to get reception permission to use facilities in the kitchen?? Step ladder to loft bed poorly repaired from previous break, was dangerous and my son didn't end up using it to get up to his bed. No room service (no details/information in booklet) - very disappointing. Bfast included very average. Facilities are divided into separate buildings, discouraging guests from utilizing especially in rainy days. The building wall being constructed next door was *so close* to our window, we literally cld touch it with our hands. What a view! Bad strong smell in room when you walk in. Very average experience indeed.

Great family room, with two bedrooms, sitting area, kitchen, washing machine and bathroom. Good location, lots of restaurants in the area and close to two subway stations, walking distance to Roppongi.

Compact clean hotel close to rail

Staff were helpful with requests. Hotel was very clean but a little compact. It did have a small kitchen which was unexpected and very unusual in Japan

Excellent position in a great area

Pros: Good service, free coffee and water in lobby, location and very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was limited and the same every day.
Location: Excellent restaurant just next door. Very convenient
Easy to find great food nearby, close to a very central metro and a very nice atmosphere in the area.
