We were very disappointed to be charged a cleaning fee when we left the room clean and tidy. No feedback just sent an email with a cleaning invoice and funds debited from our account. Particularly disappointing when the oven didn’t work for 4 days and we were very accommodating on our last day to have the stove replaced which was very inconvenient and the installation woke our sleeping child when we were assured it would be a quiet process. It all left a bitter taste in our mouths.

UNCAPPED HYPODERMIC NEEDLE found behind bed head while my child was feeling around for a power point. Rubbish in-between couch cushions. Not offered a refund. Moved to other facility across the road where there were unemptied bins and the room keys stopped working in the morning. Lots of noise from street also. Offered free breakfast after finding the needle and having to move, which I declined. I had already been advised on check in that I would need to pay for breakfast if I wanted it, even though I had opted for 'breakfast included' in my Wotif search. Read the fine print after choosing this option!
