The location is the best only that thing. The staff at reception tell me take out 1 dollar for holding when check out they return back, but they take out 200 dollars, when I checked out I complain, they said have to wait 7 day to 14 day it will be back my account, I don’t like people treating me , never come back again !

Loved the location, option of ground floor apartment suited us. Location really good for Chinatown shopping, area great for hawker Street food and restaurant food. The real joy was the staff, many thanks to Leslie Lee for administering first aid to one bruised and bloodied shin. Inquiring each day how the leg was recovering. Many thanks to Bincy she helped with suitcases, storage of cases. Recommended bathroom facilities available for post checkout guests. Most welcome. Thanks also to all staff who ordered the many taxis we used, doormen who watched for the taxis and opened the doors for us.

Fabulous location. Room was very suitable. Glad we booked here over our first chosen hotel. First two days staff didn’t service room properly but when queried, it was promptly amended each day after that. Reception staff didn’t always go out of their way to greet - but generally service was very good, prompt and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend for a suitable 4 star stay. A pool would’ve been good as the weather was super hot each day but frankly we were so tired sightseeing we probably wouldn’t have used it!
