Beautiful view! Interesting place, not sure id call it a luxury penthouse unless in Bali! It’s a little over done in styling! Bathroom is very dated. It was freezing cold and no way of heating the main areas and the air con in the bedroom was so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep! Other than that was nice!

No laundry Two bedrooms but only one bathroom indoors so inconvenient if more than a couple is staying Quirky decor, not thrilled with the preserved crocodile or turtle. Extremely clean, comfy bed and great veiws.

Very limited phone communication prior to our visit and inability to reach office or mobile contacts on the day of our visit. No one in the Office on Saturday and no one anywhere in sight, guests or staff, at the Lodge. Expedia in Arizona finally found us alternative accommodation after we spent several hours on a park bench speaking to a robot.

We sincerely apologise We spoke before your arrival giving you directions with your dog to the apartment Unfortunately I had to rush my husband to hospital on Saturday early morning And was unable to take calls on the road as the hospital is quiet away. There were two apartments available for you

For the money spent I don’t think it was worth it. Bathroom was very average with no power point and a small basin and mirror. You could hear the people above and there was a light which stayed on outside the bedroom with no curtain. The only curtains that were in the large glass door were see through so minimal privacy. Ocean views were only just. The Room was ok but just not worth it.

Sovereign Lodge is in the middle of 1770 and surrounded by national forest. The bathroom in Lombok has a large shower and plenty of space for toilet etc. On all of the windows we have roll down white blinds to blockout the garden lights Out. You had no right to go into the electrical box and unscrew the board and brake the timer inside for the garden lights. A simple call to the on sight manager would have fixed the problem Thankyou

The living room/dining area/kitchen and veranda were beautiful, taking in the stunning view. The bedroom was also lovely with a comfortable bed and looking out over the bay. The drawback was that the bathroom is quite dated and small, especially the toilet crammed between the shower and wall. If there are more than 2 people and you use the second 'bedroom', they would have to walk through your bedroom to get to the toilet as there is no second, separate toilet. The second bedroom is an accident waiting to happen as it's only accessible via a very steep ladder with no side bars. Very unsafe and dangerous for either children or adults. It doesn't quite fit the description as a TWO bedroom penthouse, but for a couple's getaway it's beautiful.

Thankyou the Penthouse is not suitable for young children. We also have a gazebo with shower and toilet for the loft area guests to use.

The Bali style was very relaxing. We did not get an upper level room so the view did not include much water views but apart from that all excellent!

Could do with some shade over the swimming pool and over the raised viewing deck area. Would be nice if there was a table up on that raised viewing deck as well.
