Hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built. Hallways and elevators smelled like pet urine. Hotel also has a very musky wet smell. No hot water in the room sink. Free wifi doesn't work and there is no coffee pots in the room.

The room was in terrible shape, like they were going to start a rehab project and decided not to. Plastic was covering the fire detector, there were sharp edges arourd the door where they removed the molding strip. Cigarette burn marks everywhere. Just straight filthy.

Needs Serious TLC
The hotel and room needs a lot of maintenance. It smelled of cigarette smoke through the lobby and hallways, the walls in the room were scarred and damaged; there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. The towels need to be larger - I am not a big person but could not get the towels wrapped around. However, bed was comfortable; faucets and shower had warm and cold water and all fixtures worked. The reception service was very friendly and accommodating.

A plain but adequate hotel handy to the cruise ship terminal and close to good restaurants and shops and harbour walks.
