Close to some good bars and cheap. Rooms spacious but no hot water each morning had go ask office to get it going each day. This is a bad part of town, homeless everywhere and even injecting drugs right in front of you.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Were sorry about the issues you had during your stay. Due to the cold weather it takes a little bit longer to get our water heaters going to get the hot water in the room. We apologize about the area and have been in constant contact with the city of San Francisco to find a remedy for this problem. Please consider staying with us during your next visit to San Francisco.
