Arriving at this boutique property was like a homecoming, with staff expecting me and making me feel truly welcome in the Eternal City. The room was immaculate, complemented with a contemporary decor and design. In the heat of summer, the air-conditioning was heavenly, that and the easy access to Coming Out for refreshment and sustenance. Of course, I need not mention the impressive proximity to the Colosseo - mind blowing! To the staff, thank you for making my first visit to Roma a truly memorable one - and I will be staying at Second Floor again!

Perfect location 2 minutes from the Colosseum, staff are wonderful and the restaurant downstairs does a fantastic breakfast. Super comfy bed, great clean bathroom in a nice quiet room. Would definitely stay here again

Great location and great ambience. A bit on the noisy side as located above ComingOut bar which is open all night. Did not bother me but might not suit everyone.
