Nice property, but terribly uncomfortable beds. The ‘king’ beds are just two singles put together - which is usually fine if there’s something more than a sheet on top of the join - but wasn’t the case here which made it very hard to get comfortable. No restaurant open on a Wednesday night, and no courtesy bus into town, so needed to drive everywhere. Otherwise was clean, and picturesque if you get a room with a view.

Staff were amazing - especially the cleaning staff who were so friendly, kind and obliging. Some noise from other rooms and breakfast area were a bit annoying, but guests were good to settle for sleeping. View was brilliant and overall very relaxing... which was our aim.

3 night stay
Stay was OK. Good location for us. Plenty to do on Nepean Peninsula. Unfortunately, they were refitting carpet above our room and working noise started too early. Carpets generally were in need of upgrading in places, and dust over top of tissue box in room gave impression of not being clean. Was not clear about use of parts of complex eg. access to Spike bar for food. Lighting in corridors to rooms was a bit dated and very dull. Lock on patio door was not working and although the golf course view was great, there was evidence of rubbish in the bush below the rooms.
