Close to station, centre of Pisa and airport
Pros:Clean, quiet, well located.
Very convenient location, walked from the station and we were greeted by a very helpful and cheerful chap at reception. Room was very comfortable with a window that opens as well as air con. Shirt walk to the main shopping centre and thenLeaning Tower. We only spent the night as we had to fly out early the next morning but would happily stay longer. good value for money.

Would not recommend
I've stayed in many 3 star hotels across Italy and this has been the worst. There was a lot of mould in the shower and despite being a "non smoking room" all I could smell in my room was cigarettes. I dealt with two staff members at reception. The younger man was very nice and helpful but the older gentleman was unbelievably rude to me and to other guests. The wifi connection did not go as far as my room. When I asked for help to get the wifi working the older man at the counter said it was not managed by them but by an external company so there was nothing he could do. I was not the only guest in reception at the time having wifi problems. I'm not a fussy traveller and I know what to expect when staying at a 3 star hotel but honestly this hotel failed to even provide the basics. I thought staying outside of the tourist district would be better but this was not the case. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a 2 minute walk from the station. I soon discovered everywhere in Pisa is walkable so I highly recommend you stay elsewhere.

Dear guest we are sorry for Your discomfort; normally the personal safety officer shall carefully cleaned the rooms and bathrooms (as you can read in other comments of other guests who did not find any problems with housekeeping); sometimes it can happen that the cleaning staff is distracted by a sudden and unexpected for an oversight can happen that something escapes; we apologize for the inconvenience; for wifi unfortunately the service and the facility is managed by the company that there DEVITALIA it provides and their corporate directive only their technicians can access their computer systems to handle any faults, but it is not always possible immediately because we call the technical promptly but it does not depend on us when the technician intervenes on failure.
The front desk staff is generally courteous and professional but sometimes it happens that a planned forces the staff to give less attention to the customer and what may seem discourteous; Thank you for opinions that seviranno to improve the service.
