We were disappointed to find out that the indoor water park was not open the days we booked. Since we booked through Expedia we did not go onto skylines website. Expedia should have had this information clearly posted on their website if they were aware. This was a big disappointment for our little ones. We ended up leaving the hotel early and booking at another on that had an indoor pool.

There was significant disruptive noise throughout the night from drunken guests and children that lasted until 2 in the morning. Hotel was notified twice of this issue, and did not do anything to help resolve the noise despite assuring quiet hours would start at 10 pm.
