Older outdated rundown motel. Needs lots of work. No signal on tv. Wrong kind of salt used on stairs. Service Dog feet were hurting from excessive coarse salt. No ice bucket. Breakfast was terrible. It was fairly clean.

This was a motel and we were expecting a hotel. They gave us a room at the far end where people lived. The residents would sit outside smoking. They had empty coffee cans outside those rooms for cigarette butts. Bikes and strollers everywhere. Inside, the room had a crack along the whole ceiling. Heat was not on when we got there and the room was freezing. It was a window unit and could see all the way outside as it wasn't sealed around the unit. Missing knobs on cabinets. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing for a Howard Johnson. I will never go there again.

I had asked for my room to be clean in the morning. Came back around 3:30 it still hasn’t been touched. Then finally came after 4 asked us to leave to clean the room and we were leaving again in like 45 minutes but they said they couldn’t wait that long. Gave us new towels and carried on. Jets didn’t work in the tub, my son got Al allergic reaction to what they use on the sheets and pillow cases to clean.

Neighbour was so loud in the middle of the night. Keep yelling and loud banging. Faucet and sink needs to be changed. Water wont go down right away. Tv has limites channels. Facilities are really old. Need a lot of improvement
