Munich hotel within city family friendly

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: Small, bar fridges in rooms, would be great.
Location: Located 5 min walk to Marienplatz, train, bus and tours a few minute walk. Markets across road, eateries, bakeries, smallgoods etc all within 1 min.
This hotel was in an excellent location, with all but one staff member on the front desk both welcoming and helpful. No air conditioning was an initial issue, however fans are available as a courtesy at the front desk and once the air was moving it was very pleasant. Coming from Australia, we are accustomed to having small refrigerators within our hotel rooms and we found this to be an imposition, particularly after buying the wonderful produce and not having anywhere to refrigerate it. Front desk were happy to offer refrigeration within their kitchens, but this was inconvenient when you needed to go down several levels to ask for your produce. Overall a great place and we would definitely return again.

Good hotel, excellent location

Pros: Friendliness, location.
Cons: Lack of air-conditioning could be an issue in hot weather.
Location: Very close to good bars and restaurants, 10 minutes walk to U-Bahn.
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location brilliant, very close to Marianplatz and the VictualMarkt. Good breakfast.
