The staff was very helpful and kind. They made our stay pleasurable. The hotel offered everything we needed. Good value for the money. Only thing I would change, and this might be with the Expedia booking, is more clarification on how the city tax is to be paid.

This hotel is at an excellent location to see all the important things in Milan. Everything is walkable. Very close to Metro to get to central train station and/or trains to airports and other cities. Trolley runs on street which was outside our window, so it was slightly noisy. I am Sur there were other rooms not facing the street if this would be a problem. I recommend this place.

The property is a walking distance from Milan Cathedral which is nice. At first, we could not locate the entrance of the hotel as it's not that obvious, I didn't know the hotel was located at the 2nd floor and I have to ask around to find the entrance.

Great location
The hotel has a perfect location in the heart of downtown, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was updated and functional, my only complain is that there seemed to be an sewer odor coming from one of the drains in the bathroom which was easy to fix by opening the window. Breakfast was nice but could improve by maybe adding some eggs.
