We booked a family room which consisted of 2 co-joined extra large studio suites. Very surprised and pleased with the room/s and very affordable. Didn’t expect it to be so spacious and perfect for a family of 4. We have found ourselves a new favourite hotel whenever we stay in Melbourne.

Lovely large room with comfy big bed. Jacuzzi bath, small but functional kitchenette, big fridge and freezer, desk, seating and dining area, small balcony. Will stay again but will request a room not looking straight at the bedrooms in the neighbouring block. Very easy to walk everywhere, Fawkner Park, Albert Park, Botanical Gardens, Shrine of Remembrance all a 5-15 min walk, even all the way to St Kilda Beach in one direction and Fed Square and on to Bourke the other was under 40 mins. Staff really friendly and super helpful. There is no bar or food service at the hotel, and not a huge amount in the immediate area at night and no proper supermarket nearby; but, it’s easy getting in and out of the eating areas. There is no gym and no pool, which would make it even better if they did.
