Couldnt turn lights off no switches , wires from hole in wall direct to lights apparently they expect you to sleep with lights on !? Unable to get salt free food. Unable or just unwilling to cater for special dietry needs.Room service wouldnt answer phone, so went to restaurant by then it was 11.01 and told breakfast menu not available, to much trouble to get a bowl of muslie or fruit platter, waited an hour to get cup of coffee by which time I couldnt get into room because it was after check in, attendant insist I use a lift with faulty card reader and insist I need another card. Even the arrow on sign to show entrance pointed to the wrong entrace, A real life Faulty Towers maybe Basil Faulty is in charge.

The hotel was lovely but the pool was out for maintenance on the first day i was there. if i had known this i would not have booked it.
