We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the cleanliness issues you encountered in your room, specifically the carpets and the bathroom tiles. Please be assured that this does not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain. We take matters of cleanliness very seriously and your comments have been immediately brought to the attention of our housekeeping team for a thorough inspection and prompt action. Our carpet cleaning contractor, has been booked this month anyway, due to it being a much quieter month than when you stayed in December, where there was little room in our occupancy to get such works done. With regards to the tiles, the issue you have mentioned is not mould, but actually just the age of the tiles. Subject to approval, we are hoping to embark on a bathroom refurbishment project this year, which will greatly improve the issues you have outlined. We are committed to rectifying these issues to ensure that such lapses do not occur in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us identify areas that require improvement.
