"Just stayed for business and ate at the Restauran"
This place is not the Astoria Waldorf but it is a good as you get in a place like Lismore, loved by some but loathed by most, and the rich burghers live on the coast at Lennox Head or Byron Bay. The food in the Restaurant was really good, inexpensive and the staff and typical civilized friendly country people. You will be happy there

"Good Bargain Motel."
Great little bargain motel close to the Lismore CBD. We were in a studio room with a queen and a single bed, a table, two chairs and a desk. The hand basin was to the end of the bed and where the mini bar, tea/coffee making and wardrobe. The shower and toilet were in a little area together. Very small but quite comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were also comfortable. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Room Service Breakfast was good and on time. My wife commented the Scrambled Eggs were just like her Mother used to make. (A great compliment.)

"Quality Motel"
An extremely comfortable motel not too far from the CBD. Although on the main highway there was no traffic noise. Very comfortable beds and high standard of fittings throughout. A wonderful restaurant is also on the premises. I will definitely be back!

"Clean, quiet & cosy."
We (dad & teenage son) stayed 3 nights for Timberjack baseball competition. The room was clean, well maintained, very functional and piece & quite. All gears were useful for own breakfast. Price was very reasonable and definitely a great value. Easy access to Lismore town and Ballina. We would stay again if we come to Lismore area.

"Great place to stay"
I will not stay any where else when I travel to Lismore. As a person who travels a lot for work I get to see the difference in service and hotel quality from town to town. Every time I try a different hotel in Lismore I get disappointed and return to the Bounty. The service from the staff is wonderful and personal, the rooms are clean and spacious and its central in town. The restaurant food is good. If you want some place decent to stay in Lismore this is the place to stay and its also well priced. Like I said I wont stay any where else.

"Clean, comfortable and super convenient"
I usually hate using bathrooms away from home. This is the first hotel/motel I have visited in a long time where I haven't had to calculate where I will put things down to avoid grot. It's not flashy but the room was big and comfortable and everything we might need in a room was provided. It was also quiet -blissfully quiet. Bill checked us in and out and was really helpful and informative. There was a problem with someone banging on our door super early on Sunday morning to find out if we had blocked an exit with our car (we hadn't). But when I complained to Bill about it he apologised profusely about it and gave us a nice bottle of wine for our trouble. Mistakes are inevitable but gracious apologies, like clean bathrooms, are getting rarer. I intend to stay at this property whenever I am in Lismore.
