Got in late(3 hrs later than we had originally booked)and room was not ready, then when we did finally get a room it was disgusting, dirty earplugs on floor, spit on wall, looked like pee stain on pillow. Called front desk and they sent housekeeping, called again and spoke to manager on shift. She moved us to a different room. Thank fully it was cleaner, but hole in floor, mold in bathroom, safe didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work. It was an awful experience and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Did not like the hotel. Poor customer service. I was locked out of my room for 3 hours despite several trips to the reception area for them to call an engineer to come fix it. I asked for a comp night and they only gave me minimal food and beverage comp. Dark casino, lots of smoke, bad crowd, food is sub-par. Don't book here.

One of the reasons we booked at the Linq was because we wanted to ride the High Roller. It was closed the entire time we were there. I was also very disappointed that there was no coffee machine in the room as all of the shops in the hotel were charging $10 for a large coffee.

Go Stay at Caesars or Venetian
Tiny room, queen beds are not queens, they're doubles. No microwave in room and even the non-smoking rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Shower sucked and the lights kept tripping the circuit breaker. Beds were super hard and the desk was non-existant. The casino is awful - so much cigarette smoke you can hardly breathe. Food and Drink prices are super high, especially compared to other hotels/casinos.
