Very easy check in with friendly staff offfering dining suggestions and other tips. The room was spacious and the kitchen had the basics for eating in. The bathroom was also large and well outfitted. The tv channel selection left something to be desired tho.

Everything was great the staff were fantastic nothing was a bother the only downside was the carpark and driveway badly need to be resurfaced due to large pot holes.

This property has a great location very central to everything. The bed was uncomfortable, no room service provided for multiple night stay. No soap for the shower, however was provided when asked for. Has small kitchenette but no dishcloth or tea towels to clean up dishes once used. Office hours are not friendly for travellers not open till 9am and closes at 5.

This a basic 3 star motel in need of some TLC. Our room had an extra single bed and was huge; there was a microwave and some plates etc and a small table to eat from; the bed was comfy. That was the best. The paint work and carpet had seen better days, the bathroom sink leaked, there was no bath mat provided, our room wasn't serviced (did we have to hang the provided notice on the door?) and the armchair had a broken leg. For Katoomba it was a reasonable deal, but only just.
