It was odd that when the smoke alarm went off in our corridor no one from the front desk came to check on the guest. Everyone exited there rooms barefoot and in their pjs. I went to the front desk and they confirmed there was no fire but still odd that they did not check on guest.

Christmas at Jackson Hole.
The staff was very attentive. The manager was a very nice fellow. The sheets and bedding is high quality, very comfortable. The gathering area was nicely appointed with games for all ages. They have a shuffleboard table we enjoyed playing. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nicely appointed with pans and cooking pots. The grounds were clean. We found the outside heated pool and spa were just right and large Enough for the group.

Great spot for families!
This place is great! My 9 person family booked 3 rooms. It’s pretty new and very nice. There was plenty of room for the 3 toddlers to play! We had a suite with a kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Triple M cafe was great for my sister’s crew who didn’t book a room with a kitchen. There are some old reviews that mention a noisy bar, but that must be gone because there’s no noisy bar on the grounds. There is a lovely hot tub. The staff is super nice! Would stay again.
