Cons: Unable to get the room earlier than 2pm when i arrived at 12pm
was chased away by staff while waiting for room, as the seats where for f&b user, but never ask us if we'd like to order something before chasing us

Pros: Location
Cons: I said there was no hot water available for a shower. They thought I didn't know "how" to turn the shower on. (lost in translation)
