Welcoming hotel in the heart of Granada
Very friendly staff, very clean room. The walls are quite thin, so noise does travel, but it was not really a problem during our stay. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold items - the hot items need to be kept warmer. The hotel is centrally located on a street with lots of good bars and restaurants, which give the area character. Would definitely stay here again.

The property has excellent location, it is in very good condition. Also there is a public parking very close to the hotel. The most important is the personnel and front desk staff. Layos and the young front desk lady went on and beyond to provide us an EXCELLENT SERVICE, FIVE STAR SERVICE.
