Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and great location - close to the river and train statoin and easy to find
Cons: Shower had poor water pressure and pillow was very flat

Pros: The spa was fantastic although opening hours were a bit odd. 11am until 8pm, would have been good if it was open a little earlier.
Cons: Wi-fi was a little slow, and the fruit at breakfast wasn't fresh and there was egg shells in the scrambled eggs

Pros: So close to great shops and the river is beautiful and only a 1 minute walk
Cons: I was given wrong directions to he statue of David even when I gave them a map the circled the wrong building

Pros: The assistance of the staff
Cons: The surrounding suburbs are average, but 20 metres to the station and a 5 minute walk to the Coloseum
Location: Just right
Value: Great deal; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Spotless; The staff couldn't help enough, free wi-fi, breakfast included, rooms a good size, bathroom very good, really impressed

Pros: The staff couldn't do enough for us. Happy hour each day was great and so cheap, nice to have a drink before heading out for dinner.
