Сервис на очень низком уровне, бассейн на ремонте, сауна холодная, уборка номера плохая. При поселении дали простой номер вместо оплаченного сьюта, пришлось возвращаться на ресепшн и переоформлять ключи. Уборку в номере во время нашего отсутствия 3 часа не сделали, хотя об этом просили на ресепшн. В зоне лобби только чай и полное отсутствие продукции буфета не смотря на наличие витрин и праздничный день. Общее впечатление полного разочарования. Из положительного. Замечательный завтрак и внимательное отношение менеджера зала. Ему отдельное спасибо. Сьют чистый, бельё чистое и новое, халатов в сьюте не было, принесли после просьбы. Сьют великолепный и достаточно просторный. Итог - повторно посетить желания нет.
