The room had a smell to it that wouldn’t go away and that affected our score for room cleanliness. The girls who cleaned the room were very good and always polite. The breakfast dining room staff were badly organised. As an example we came to breakfast at approximately 8.30 and at our end of the room there was one table available that was set. A couple of tables had people sitting at them and the rest had not been cleared. In the whole time we were at breakfast not one of those tables had been made ready for other diners. Also there should be an exclusion zone at the front door of the hotel where people can’t smoke. A smoke “guard of honour” is not a good look.

Good locstion

Whilst out of the City it has a bus stop 5 minutes away with the bus taking around 25 minutes to city centre. Facilities good, staff friendly , room clean, nice bar/lounge/restaurant

Adequate for one night

The staff were very pleasant. The rooms were accessed by a tiny lift and several coach loads of people had arrived at once. AskeD for a change of room as the first one was down a flight of stairs and difficult for luggage.
