Accessible, comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: Staff were well trained, exceptionally engaging and helpful. We liked that the management aways followed up confirming that our requests had been met.
Cons: Any small issues we had were dealt with immediately, what more can you ask?
Location: Right next to one of the main communication routes with a Metro station right out the front of the hotel. Getting anywhere was therefore a breeze.
A clean modern hotel that was easy to get to, none of the taxi drivers had any problems finding the place; not always the case in Dubai. Staff were exceptionally good at their jobs, nothing was too much trouble and were always friendly and helpful. As a couple we really enjoyed our stay,but would also recommend for families.
