The staff are amazing and super helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Only issue in our room was that there was no latch to lock the door from the inside and as a suggestion, a door viewer (peephole) may also be added as security to see who is at the door before opening. Only real issue or disappointment was the pool and spa area. It really really needs some love and care. Pool was too dirty for the kids to swim in and the spa was not the usual “hot” temp, closer to lukewarm. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

Overall excellent. Sadly we could not get another night due to Taylor Swift concert. Cannot praise enough given other accom we have had during the past week. No comparison. Would highly recommend.
