Overall our stay was good. The hotel is a bit secluded from the town areas and their is not much of choice for nearby restaurants unless you would like to attempt to try a very busy seafood restaurant next door or the hotel restaurant. We got upgraded to a penthouse on our last night. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but gets very busy.

New hotel, beachside

Fusion suites has been tastefully appointed. It is brand new so few issues with drivers knowing where it is. Lagoon pool nice but not suitable for laps (shallow-deep/end-end). Not great location. No balconies & non-smoking hotel. In-room breakfast good. Ok.

New Hotel is still working through issues.

The hotel is very comfortable and the concept of relaxation is great. The issue is with staffing and logistics. As a new hotel they haven't worked out the finer details around checking in, ordering breakfast, booking massages or even making up the room each day. As few staff speak English it is difficult to get even the smallest issues resolved. Highlights were the food and the sky bar. Vy was a standout staff member as was a very helpful guests relations staff member (sorry I didn't get his name). Don't spend the money staying here until they have resolved a few of their settling in new hotel issues.
