Lovely place. Recommend .The initial room assigned did not match the advertised standard and was quite a shock to us having often stayed at other dusit thani properties for at least 2 weeks every year. The lovely staff gave us an option to upgrade for a fee but after further discussion the upgrade was free.

Pros: Staff friendliness and service was outstanding. Went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable
Cons: The Dusit Thani was spectacular...we couldn't fault the hotel in any way

Facilities: Truly five-star ; Value: Amazing; Service: Flawless; Cleanliness: Spotless, Immaculate; The pools and restaurants were amazing. The hotel is also situated upon one of the most relaxing stretches of sand in Prachuap Kiri Khan Province

Pros: Everything
Cons: Club room breakfast was not up to scratch as the breakfast area was not open for 3days. No one was happy with that.
Location: Away from it all
Facilities: Top of the line; Value: Great deal; Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Beautiful; That was the only thing that let it down.

Pros: Luxury hotel with a magnificent foyer, spectacular pool area and friendly staff.
Cons: Location well out of Hua Hin but good shuttle servicess .Reduced services for club breakfasts when hotel not full.
