Will never book again through Wotif , you do not care about the clients at all , I made a booking of triple room for 2 adults and a child , the confirmation came back just for 2 adults, i sent you an email with a screen shot of the booking i made and i recieved no answer. I came to check in and the receptionist gave us hard time and made us pay for a child accomodation.
The worest and stressful experience
will never use or recommend your service or this hotel.

Dear Sir,
We thank you for sharing your point of view on your booking.
Regarding your last stay, the confirmation that we had received from Wotif was for 2 adults only. We confirm you that an extra charge is due for an additional person in a double Classic room. The rate is 25 euro per day.
At your arrival the receptionniste has offered you a Executive triple room, but it was to expensive for you.
We regret that you do not enjoy your stay at Chateau de la Tour due to a uncomplete reservation...
