I had to stay three nights in Calgary due to extreme weather condition and flight cancellations, unable to flight to my final destination. Everyone at the hotel (staff), were so friendly and understandable of my situation. Let us stayed in my room few hours more on my last day, after my checked out because I didn't have where to go; and I was waiting for my ride. That was my highest highlighted of my staying.

Business stay. Not the best in the winter. Valet was semi valet. It was faster to get car myself. Breakfast area was in repair so one morning hot breakfast wasn't on time. Elevator to second floor still a delay and key needed to get into hotel front door at all times. Very inconvenient.

Staff was extremely nice and accomodating. The location is great and out the window, you can see a clear view of the Calgary tower. They also have valet which is extremely useful for when you need to leave your baggage for a period of the day before your flight. CORE shopping centre and many good restaurants are nearby. This is our 2nd booking at this hotel and will probably come back again!
