Pictures were much better than the property. Lots of things needed much better cleaning. Needed to scrub the jug before use. Kitchen drain stunk. Mould on the window sills. Flat pillows with no extras. Ironing board and iron were terrible. Bathroom was generally clean and tidy. Good space.

A basic place but the rooms are clean and quiet and the shower works.. Don't expect luxury but it provides good value for what it is.

The owners are terrible and frightening. Do not book at these dodgy hotels unless you would like to feel like a victim. These places are trouble at your door step and everybody that is booking for the right reasons is venerable

Internal steps along the hallway meant I had to lug my heavy suitcase up and down steps even though I'd taken the lift to the first floor. As an older woman with oste-oarthristis I'd asked for a ground floor room but they said they were all booked (even though I'd just heard the person on reception offer a ground floor room to another customer who declined it). They assured me there's a lift so no need to use the stairs - but didn't mention the extra stairs mid-hallway.
