Room half cleaned and a cleaning bottle left in the room. Aircon barely worked, prepare to sweat if booking. Showers have no heat. Bed felt like lying on concrete. The entire hotel literally stinks almost like sewage, very unpleasant smell. Hotel is currently surrounded by construction sites that can be loud and completely ruin the island experience, rubbish everywhere. Elevator was out for ‘routine maintenance’ for two days on NYE, felt like a cheap excuse instead of honesty.
Unless everything else is booked out avoid at all costs
