Really friendly staff, easy to get to the location and out. They have a great BBQ as well for cooking up a mad as meal

Shameful, we ordered a twin room, and we were sent to a durhy dormitory (dustvand cockroach, I tool picture). The bathroom was in poor condition, whith durthy water stagnating at the entrance

You booked the twin room which is in the hostel as per your booking and as per your emailed booking confirmation. The twin room is a tiny room with two single beds, we moved you to the bigger dormitary room without sharing with anyone so you would have more space and due to electrical outage in the twin room. We had heavy rain constantly for 24 hours causing water to build up everywhere within the park. We had others staying in the hostel the same night as you who loved the area and loved their stay as it was so clean and tidy in the hostel. You could have come and seen us to advise you were not happy and we could have sorted your issues however we never heard from you apart from the notes you left in the key return box. Thanks for your feedback

The layout can be improved to give the unit a bit more space to move.
Unfortunately we also caught a crocoach on our bed.
