Good

Lovely staff and helpful Perfect if you need a hotel close to the airport for an overnight stay. Wouldn't recommend if you want to stay in Bangkok but we were waiting for an early transfer which was free from hotel to airport. Staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble.

Customer service was horrible, Location is worst

I will rather sleep on the road than in that hotel. It was such a nightmare staying there for one night. For customer service, I would give -0 if there was an option.

Suitable hotel near international airport

Pros: Location to airport, cheap food nearby
Cons: Restaurant and massage/spa was overpriced compared to local area
I found this hotel suitable for it's location right near the international airport. The staff were helpful, the room was clean. I stayed 3 nights because my bus was arriving near midnight to Bangkok and I wanted to play it a little too safe and be close to the airport. I wouldn't do that again but for one night it would be more than adequate. There is a little street market at the end of the road, a 7/11 and ATMs in the same location, and cheaper massage places than what the hotel has to offer, also a nice little cafe. But otherwise there is not much more to do to pass the time then lie beside the small pool and get some sun.. .which i guess is all some people do on holidays

Good location. Room are a bit disappointing

Overall not too bad. Just disappointing that they give you 2 free water and then charge you 80 baths for those in the fridge. This sounds a bit like a scam.
